hi, first time poster here, so please be gentle ;-)
I have done some research and learned that GoldCar is not a great rental company as they will often try to find damages and then charge you for it.
As often recommended here, I used AutoEurope to look at car rentals for Italy.
It turns out that GoldCar offers a Key 'n Go service which has ZERO deductible/excess AND is a few €100 cheaper than any other provider... zero deductible is actually really hard to find- most offers on AutoEurope are with refundable deductible (which I understand to mean that there is still a deductible but AE will reimburse you)
So, should I go with GoldCar Key'nGo with ZERO deductible for €550 or go with Avis or Hertz for €800+ with a refundable deductible? What would you do?
And does anybody have any experience with this Key'n Go service?
Thank you!
