Es fehlen einige wie "Go where you wanna go", "It's getting Better", "The In Crowd", "Twist & Shout" etc. aber das tut der Sache keinen Abbruch...dafür gibt es andere Best Ofs und Greatests.
Die 16 Songs die drauf sind, sind wirklich die besten.

Die besten und bekanntesten Songs von The Mamas and the Papas. Ich bin jetzt kein Fan. Hab das für meine Mama bestellt. Das war ihre Zeit. Sie hat sich super gefreut. Das ist einfach gute Laune Musik.
Ich habe mir die Ultmate Collection gekauft, weil ich gerne mal auf die Klassiker der mamas & papas zurückgreifen wollte. Da ist man bei dieser CD gut bedient. Manche Lieder geben mir zwar nicht so viel, aber der Großteil ist sehr schön. Hat sich gelohnt.

I loved them back when they topped the charts, and I still love them when they have become dated. It's great to hear Mama Cass' rendition of "Dream a Little Dream of Me", that track alone worth the cost of the Ultimate Collection.
This was a present for my partner that transported us right back to the late ‘60’s and into the ‘70’s. The beautiful harmonies and mellifluous tones of the late and much missed Cass Elliot are a delight to listen to. The songs are still fresh and well worth spending an hour relaxing with. All in all this was a great buy
