Tygerberg Nature Reserve is a 300ha nature reserve on the Tygerberg Hills, in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. This nature reserve one of the few surviving pockets of the highly threatened Swartland Shale Renosterveld vegetation type.
This is a short trail in the Tygerberg Nature Reserve. Nice quick course for some speed training, this track incorporates lots of steps, hills, running through some tunnels and some windy, easy flowing single track for fun. There are other routes within the reserve. A reasonable fee is payable upon entering depending on the time of year. SANParks Wildcards do not apply.
