Teenager Alleges She Was Imprisoned And Assaulted In This Malibu Home

MALIBU, CA — A teenage girl filed a recent lawsuit alleging assault, battery, both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and conspiracy against actress Trish Van Devere Scott, widow of George C. Scott, and her adopted son, George Dressel Scott.

According to the suit, both Van Devere Scott and Dressel Scott conspired to imprison her at the Scotts' Malibu home. The girl maintains she was physically and sexually abused by the son.

The Los Angeles Superior Court complaints allegations include assault, battery, both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and conspiracy. The plaintiff is identified only as Jane Doe.

Van Devere Scott, 76, is the widow of "Patton" actor George C. Scott and the adoptive mother of her co-defendant, George Dressel Scott.

A representative for the Scotts could not be immediately reached.

The plaintiff was 14-years-old when she began a relationship with Dressel Scott in 2015 according to the suit.

The actress and Dressel Scott allegedly "jailed, locked up, detained, restricted, incarcerated and/or held Jane Doe against her will and did not allow plaintiff to leave," according to the suit, which also stated that Dressel Scott also had regular sex with the girl.

The suit also alleges that the Scotts and others secretly videotaped the girl "while she was naked." In addition, Dressel Scott inflicted a "savage beating" against the plaintiff at least once a month and Van Devere Scott did nothing to stop the actions, according to the complaint.

In the summer of 2015, Dressel Scott stabbed Jane Doe and broke one of her arms, the suit alleges.

The suit seeks unspecified damages and a court order directing that any videos depicting the girl nude be turned over to her.

Van Devere Scott was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for the 1972 film "One Is a Lonely Number."
