Good budget airline experience

We had a good 'budget airline' experience on our Transvia flight. Budget flights are no-frills experiences, with all the seats filled and few amenities, so the bar is not the same as for a more expensive carrier. That said, we were comfortable, we got to our destination on time, and almost all the staff were very nice. There was one very stressed-out staff member in Valencia that did not properly direct families with small children into the priority line and we (the passengers) had to figure that bit out, and that should have been handled better. But the rest of the staff were helpful and kind and all went well. I would definitely fly this airline again.…

Cancelled boarding from heraklion

Our boarding got cancelled because of overbooking and we did not get a new flight, we had to check for ourselves, one compensated they did not compensate for wxtra luggage we had to add to our new flights because of difference in hand lagguage policy of the airlines

Horrible Customer Service

I had horrible customer service on my flight. The flight attendant refused to talk to the parent because she was a child and didn't understand. The child was climbing on my seat and kicking it the whole flight. As I was leaving the flight another flight attendant said, " have a good day...or not". It has been the worst service I have ever had on an airline. 0/10 would not recommend.…

1hr plus departure delay. Pathetic service from Transavia

Flight from AMS to LIS on Transavia. Paid for my seat. Boeing 737-800 1.86meters. Seat is a little small. 1cm of space between knee and seat infront. Boarding was stated to begin at 1540. Started at 1600. 2 staff members to board a nearly full flight. Needless to say, understaffed! Departure was stated for 1625. As of writing this review. It's 1715 and I'm still in AMS airport. Pilot claims an Air conditioner issue wa causing the initial delay. And now they claim they need more fuel because the air space of northen France is "busy". Leading to them request more fuel and causing another 15-30min delay. Appealing they have an AC issue and then significant delays. More than 1 hour. F**king appaling airline. I'm unfortunate that i have to fly on Transavia again when I return to AMS from Lisbon. I bet there will be another delay again.…

Long delay without any information, dirty and uncomfortable aircraft

Our morning flight was delayed by more than 3 hours, and they did not tell us why. They announced the delay more than one hour after the scheduled departure time. After everyone has boarded the plane, we sat there for almost an hour before the plane took off. During this time, the staff left the passenger space of the aircraft, we just sat there without having a clue about what is going on. The seats and tables were dirty, there were crisps crumbs on them. The seats are also really uncomfortable, with not enough legroom. I will never use this airline again, I would rather change my destination the next time.…
