SURVIVOR--Week of May 1, 2024

Well, that was a wild ride. I'm not sure if Q made the greatest or stupidest move this season by not picking Liz to go on the  Applebee's trip.  And really, if she wanted it so badly, she should have done better in the challenge.  And if she is allergic to literally everything that is available (and wouldn't she know this from watching?), why is she on Survivor?  Her hissy fit really turned me off and I dislike her even more now if that is possible.

And I can't believe Q is still in the game.  I think they voted the right player out though, based on whether or not she could sway a jury.

I give this episode 7 torches. It would have been more but I don't like to see a grown woman acting like a 2 year old.

Yes I agree, Liz is terrible,  why would she go on survivor when she can't eat anything on the island?  I am over her and she can go.  She also seems to mistakenly think she is somewhat running the game?

I am starting to think Q will be sticking around. Most don't like him but realize he would be a good person to take to the end.  I get why he didn't pick Liz to go on the reward challenge.

I am still surprised how most of this group never stuck with their original alliance.  With the exception of Maria and Charlie most of the others have turned on each other.  Last night Kenzie was ready to vote out Tiff.

For me it the only decent ones left are Maria and Charlie but it looks like Maria makes a big mistake next week?

Once again another one leaves with an immunity idol in their pocket they never learn.

This is a bad season and I could see Venus and Q making it to the final two which would be a great ending for a bad season.

Does Q have mystical powers or what? I can't believe he is still going strong. Liz has to go but I'm sure they will target Charlie next (my favorite). I'm not enjoying this season as much as I usually do.

Liz allergic to island survival foods but not Applebees!  What was that? The tantrum of a looney toon. Also what is with Jeff practically telling Tiffany to use her idol. He asked the same question over and over and she never did take the hint . Oh well.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I agree with what everyone has said. How many times could Jeff mention blindsides?

What Survivor was Liz watching with her daughter? The ones where no one ever ate fruit and coconut as their main food source? If you're so hungry why weren't you whittling a spear and going fishing?

Made me wonder how much was a sympathy ploy that she continued to double down on. If I were a fellow contestant I would have had less sympathy than her cast mates and would question why she was there.

And if people thought Hunter may have left with an idol, why was no one looking for it? Charle should know without immunity he's probably next.

I was thinking the same about the Applebees food,  I have some food allergys and intolerances and I can't eat at Applebees because a lot of MSG stuff.

Tiff should have realized when the others were trying so hard to convince her that she was safe, that she wasn't. She had just seen it happen to Hunter last time.

Re: SURVIVOR--Week of May 1, 2024

I am so tired of Liz.  Imo, she should have been gine long before the merge.  If she is really allergic to almost all foods on the island why did she even apply for Survivor???  Moreover, why was she cast????  She should be the next one out!!

Q is still in the game because they figure he won't get any votes in the final.

The players had better wake up and get rid of Liz and Venus asap.  The longer they hang around,  the more likely they'll make it to final tribal.

I'm glad Tiff is gone; too much attitude.   However, Hunter left with an idol yet no one looked for one.  Now there should be 2 new idols on the beach.

My guess is that Venus will target Maria next.

Re: SURVIVOR--Week of May 1, 2024

Everyone kills themselves to get an idol, then they don't use it and get voted out. Dumb. Use it and trust yourself to be able to find it when it gets put back into play.
