When I first bought my new iPad, I figured a keyboard case would be beyond what i could afford, so i bought the ESR ascend magnetic case and tried using a separate Logitech keyboard. I found it a-lot carrying multiple things around. I have used ESR products in the past such as screen protectors, phone cases etc…. and loved them. So, on a whim I decided to see if ESR made keyboard cases. To my excitement they did, and they were very affordable compared to the apple keyboard case. But the question was, are they any good?I’ve been using this case now for a couple weeks, and I can 100% tell you that I love it! I think my favourite feature is the magnetic case that is still on the iPad, even when you take it off the keyboard. Perfect, if you tend to drop things LOL.I also love that you can attach it both, horizontal and vertically. And the case itself is super sturdy. I was worried that it wouldn’t support the tablet and it would fall over, but it doesn’t!!The battery life of the keyboard itself is phenomenal. I’ve charged it once in the last two weeks, and I use it fairly often, and the full keyboard is awesome. Feels like I’m typing on my laptop.If I could change one small thing, it would be that the outside of the case seems to show fingerprints etc. quite easily. You can clean it off, but it’s a small annoyance. Additionally multiple colour options would be awesome, but for around $100 CND you can’t go wrong!Give it a try, I’m certain you won’t regret it!

The case is quite heavy. It is not easy to keep looking clean, showing finger marks etc. The most important defect on my particular purchase is the kezboard is all messed up 😳. When you go to type a y you get a z.If zou want a y zou need to touch the z key… If zou want open the brackets above the 9 kez zou get ) above 9 and = above 0…. if zou want a dash zou get ß….. I think zou get the message now… Kezpad all messed up.I do not recommend this product at all. It\’s a dud !!!!

It does everything you could want from an iPad Keyboard. The case is sturdy and has so many features. The backlight for keys can change colors, lots of great hot keys in the top row, the apple pencil has a cover for carrying around your iPad but when you are using the iPad it magnetically connects to the back so it is never in the way. It is a bit heavy but that comes from the battery and internals as expected with a Bluetooth keyboard. With the USB-C charging port it is simple to charge and they keys are very smooth when typing. Overall great keyboard and case.

I travel to/from work with my ipad in this case in my tote bag. Over only a couple weeks, the edges of the product started separate and wrinkle. If you keep it in one place, it might work great for you, but it has not stood up to my needs.

I was a bit worried about the weight after reading reviews but I didn\’t find it that heavy (considering I was going to take my very heavy 16inch macbook pro). Ive been wanting to get a magic keyboard for my ipad for a while yet they\’re far too expensive. I decided to find an alternative and landed on this product.Pros:InexpensiveSturdy BuildFlap for PencilInfinite anglesCons:Just like most cases that have support from the back to support viewing angles its not the best for using on your lap.Matierial on outside is a fingerprint magnet so make sure to wash your hands well unless you want people to know you\’re oily lol
