What travelers are saying
- Lynne PHermosa Beach, CA5 contributionsOur watercolor group found this the most comprehensive history of China Art examples. Magnificent collection designed to move through the timeline of examples led by Holly the most amazing docent we have ever met. Imagine the surprise that right in our city we have this free museum to educate our families. Appointments needed study the open visiting times allow two hour tour. It opens your mind to the value and contribution of society through the arts.Written November 30, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Amy MFayetteville, NC188 contributionsI come here when there is a dog meetup. Walking paths are nice, it's flat. The usual dog freindly water fountains and trash cans are in plenty locations. Good place for walking and chatting with freinds. Parking can be difficult Saturday mornings due to markets. There are a bunch of signs that also say no dogs allowed in the market area. I think there is also a popular zumba class.Written February 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

We had a personal tour by a wonderful volunteer who answered all our questions about the history of Torrance as well as the role of women in flight. - Edward LSunnyvale, CA1,126 contributionsThis was a great way to spend a Saturday morning with my son and his wife while we visited him. Morning was overcast and breezy so it was pleasant to stroll and see, smell and even sample. The vendors selling baked good was quite good and we got some wonderful pastries, pies, and cheese bread. Stone fruits were still in season and we especially liked the white peaches. I could wander off to the side by a large grassy area and sit on the benches in shaded trees. Many people tried to avoid crowding too close abd many wore masks still.Written August 20, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dlu7Bradbury, CA38 contributionsThis was a nice place with lots of water birds and a nice place to take a stroll. It was my first time visiting a marsh and it was beautiful. Saw some tadpoles in the pond as well. My friend and I walked about half and turned back. But I would go back to explore all of it next time I'm in the area.Written June 14, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michael BBellflower, CA24,137 contributionsWhenever we visit Torrance, we make a point of stopping in at The Yorkshire Square Brewery. Love all their craft beers, we ordered a pint of Wuthering stout really tasty, and the standard Tenant light beer but added a shot of ribeana blackcurrant cordial to it. Munched on a couple of bags of walker’s salt/vinegar, and prawn cocktail chips. Loved all the English nick-knacks and game boards around the place.
TIP: Best to take an Uber here as the beer is so good you will not want to drive home.
