Staff need customer service training, absolutely no customer relation skills or interest in customer feedback concerns at all. My birthday experience was ruined by their lack of communication and customer service, definitely not what you would expect from a premiership club. I won't be setting foot in the stadium ever again.

We came with our 2kids for late lunch. I booked in advance and requested that we sit somewhere quiet due to one of my kids having autism. We walked in,a before I could give our name etc, the (what I thought was a manager) said follow me. I tried to explain I booked etc, but I was told to sit, the restaurant wasn't busy but he had no time for us from the off. Luckily we had ear defenders and blankets just in case of noise. We ordered drinks and waited ages to order food. The waitress was lovely though, explaining what was in the food for me. Then when it came to dessert, we just ordered for the kids. It was the manager again and he just came over dumped the ice creams on the table and walked away. Yes it was busier than when we first sat down, but it was so rude. I definitely won't be back to Livingston again. The food was okay, but I think because the bad service from the start put a dampener on things. The only reason we stayed to eat is because my kids were so excited to come.

Friendly family restaurant, nice staff, good food reasonable prices. Easy parking (in the week!) visited with family.

I've visited the Tony Macaroni Arena, or Almondvale Stadium as it's otherwise known, on several occasions to watch football and also for work. It's a small, modern stadium and is fairly compact. I visited today to watch the Livingston v Celtic game and the ground was fairly close to capacity resulting in a good atmosphere. Livingston don't usually get big attendances and so the atmosphere isn't normally as vibrant. The sightlines from our seats in the West Stand were pretty decent. Overall it's a good place to watch football but it's just a shame about the name. It must be one of the most ridiculously named stadiums in football, due solely to sponsorship. Needs must I suppose!

Went with work into one of the suites and I must say I think it needs s little updating old chairs and tables etc however the staff are pleasant enough and couldn’t do enough for you

We tried to book tickets in advance but the website was not up to standards making it a difficult experience in which we gave up in. In the end we just got some when we got there.
We arrived and got to our seat and when half time came around we decided to get food. We ended up near the back of the queue and arrived at the hut after a long wait. I got there, asked for a hot dog and was greeted by someone telling they were out, which was quite annoying after a 20 minute wait. In the end we ended up sharing 1 hot chocolate between 3 because the boiler ran out of water and I couldn’t be bothered to wait even more.
Good seat and a good experience overall

Visited (as neutral) for match vs Aberdeen.
Unable to book tickets in advance but bought some on the day. Seating fine. Good views of an entertaining match.
Club shop poorly stocked and a bit of a mess. Long queues for food - nothing hot when we got to the front. No programmes.
