I was saddened to hear of the passing of Tom, he was a gentleman always, easy to converse with and always a respected member of the St. Barbara parish not just in name but in action. He handled many of my family member's funerals and always was most considerate of our concerns. Every wake service or funeral I attended in his chapels, and there were many, he and often his brother Dave were there to welcome family or visitors with a first name greeting and a positive word or two. Thanks Tom may your transition now be exactly as you always professed through your Catholic faith, which gave us hope when we lost our loved ones.

Colleen, Julie and family, I am truly sorry for the loss of your dad. He always went out of his way to say hello, reminded me to call him, Tom and and asked what I thought the White Sox were going to do that year!

We had the pleasure of meeting Tom a few years back at Mad Dan's in Twin Lakes. Tom and Ray hit it off and enjoyed many hours of fellowship. Tom was truly a wonderful man. Very proud of his children and his grandchildren. Tom loved Karen immensely and shared his love and longing of her. May Tom rest in peace, reunited with Karen!

Papa was one of the kindest and most generous people I've ever met. He always asked after my father's health and was considered a grandfather to all. He will be missed.

Tom was a terrific guy whose company and conversations we always looked forward to and enjoyed while visiting with him at Powers Lake. We have fond memories of his recollections of mutual friends from Bridgeport and of course The White Sox. A truly loving Husband, Father and Grandfather plus being a devout Catholic were amongst his finest attributes. We are sure he has a "front row seat" in Heaven.
