I had surgery in February 2018 and I had a mommy makeover. I later developed a encapsulated contractor in one of my breast and my belly button was done very ugly.My belly button was just a big scar. I tried contacted them for a revision and it took 3 months before they took me seriously. I am a out of town patient and if you dont live directly in Miami and you end up with a complication ..you will be left on your own without help. if you call them they will take your name and never return your calls.If you email them,unless you flood them with emails they will not respond to you. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!

just contact Spectrum ... They are still honoring original contracts that you rude doctor sergio alvarez initially started with spectrum...

Whomever answered the phone at Spectrum is extremely helpful also. I initially panicked due to this pathetic doctor but she reassured me everything will be ok.

Just called Spectrum office. They are honoring the discounts and surgery dates with other surgeons. You dont deserve to be a doctor
