While looking through internet rental reviews, I came across one that was really awful.

The location: It was a tiny home with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen that opened into the living room. Surprisingly, there was also a small, closed backyard that is hidden from view unless you deliberately try to look inside.

The reviews: Consist entirely of women who complained about the sexist landlord (whom the tenant shares the home with), some of the countless """good""" reviews were these, "Misogynistic pig", "He wanted me to do everything", "He literally called me a slut", "As ugly visually as he is inside", "I'm not going to be his stupid maid", "He made me cry", "If you're a woman FOR NOTHING IN THE WORLD live with him."

Description: Like any rental description, this section provides details about the property. To ensure that the renter complies with the strict beauty requirements of the ugly owner, a requirement was recently added to the usual rental agreement: the tenant must be measured monthly.

It was blatantly unlawful to propose this rental. But it was listed on a vanished website where there was no state regulation over rent.

I came, of course, to see if my body would pass the ""test"".

I went to the undesirable neighborhood where the location was when I got a message from the owner encouraging me to come to the house and take the test.

I wore somewhat high shoes that didn't go well with the rest of my outfit, along with a short printed skirt and a top with the same print.
