"The Wolf of Wall Street" is a 2013 film that was released on December 25.The film is directed by Martin Scorsese. The film grossed over $400 million worldwide and was nominated for an Oscar in 5 categories. The film is based on the memoir of the same name by Jordan Belfort, a former New York broker. Jordan Belfort founded one of the largest brokerage houses in 1989, but ten years later he was convicted of money laundering and a number of other financial crimes. The author has coped with alcohol and drug addiction, developed during the machinations on Wall Street, has written two books and now lectures on how to achieve success. The main role was played by Leonardo DiCaprio. Also, such actors as Jonah Hill, Margot Robbie, Matthew McConaughey played the main roles. The acting in this movie is just great. Each actor is completely immersed in his character and it is very noticeable. I recommend everyone to watch this film, because it has already become a real classic of cinema.

The Wolf of Wall Street was one of the best movies that I have seen. Not only was it informative about a true story, but it also teaches the youth life lessons and the individuals who want to get into the stock market some background information. Having incredible actors with a great storyline allowed me to put myself in the shoes of characters and pick up on how the stock market can go up or down depending on how life/society is going.

The film has roused censure for glorifying crime, with scant, awkwardly realised minutes paid to Belfort's eventual comeuppance. But surely 71-year-old Scorsese, a one-time wannabe priest whose work is preoccupied with morality, did that deliberately?

"The Wolf of Wall Street" doesn't want to be lovable. It just wants to remind you how excessive wealth can get and catch you being entertained by it. You can't target excessiveness to hate without being excessive in its depiction.
