Yes, the woman who said this:

"Then Jan. 6 happens and next thing you know, I organized the whole thing along with Steve Bannon here," Greene said as attendees laughed. "And I will tell you something: If Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won."
As cheers and clapping broke out in the audience, Greene added: "Not to mention, it would've been armed" -- drawing a seemingly surprised reaction from the room.

is bringing a vote to remove her own party's speaker for working with Democrats.

She got blown out of the water. Steve Scalise, REPUBLICAN Majority Leader from Louisiana, introduced a motion to table her resolution. Here are the results:

Mike is safe.

One would hope that this disaster would cause Greene to moderate here politics. A vain hope, I know. The jugheads in her Georgia district love her. Sadly, she will be back after November.

Havent watched the latest on this yet,....but her voice is indeed worth hearing in the great context of what is going on in Congress. I think she ought to keep the speaker and work on a more strategic plan to keep the Republican lead in the house. Sure Johnson is a sell out, bascially passing the dem wishes. The waiving of the Ukraine flag on the house floor was disgraceful to say the least, and its sad all the blood money they are giving to fund foreign wars, while our own country suffers on the border, the economy, the people's welfare, etc. What has Ukraine done for us? Also the continual fear and criminalization of RUSSIA as some big foreign power threat I think is way overblown. Get a grip folks.

Russia is the nation with the most nuclear weapons in the world. You might consider that...

Ultimately that is the issue. She is a clown show, and it's easy to target her for ridicule (something I'm certainly willing to do). But she was voted in. My God.

So, M.T. "Empty" Greene, aka Moscow Marjorie, discovers the limits of her power to disrupt...but by the rules she can reintroduce the motion again and again...and it may not be that the Dems have an infinite interest in squashing her...

That is why I like her. Ultimately people are not all idiots. She will help the Democrats this fall with her actions.
I'm a wee bit too much of an idealist, I guess. Totally see what you mean short term, but what really helps the Democrats be the best they can be is a functioning and coherent opposition (in the long term).

Pitty the Democrats have to settle for a dumpster fire of an opposition in my view.
