Deputy Jess Carlin (Audie Murphy) leaves his Texas hometown in disgrace, framed by corrupt saloon owner Luke Starr (Broderick Crawford) for a crime he didn't commit. I actually enjoyed this Western.It's not the best but after awhile it'll grow on you & it turns out pretty good.I really liked Broderick Crawford as John Starr.He was great as the evil town leader having his gang kill anybody who stands in his way.You'll probably root for him to get what's coming to him in the end
