Lex Barker is a swashbuckling pirate with a code of honor and dashing good looks. He discovers his long-lost sister, Neala (Vira Silenti), thought dead, lives and unknown to her, is also heir to a native South American throne. The Panamanian Governor plans to either kill and replace her or marry her to get control of the province himself. The natives themselves other than appearing wearing some feathered headdresses in one scene don't figure into it any further, lest we pause to consider whether any of it makes a lick of sense.
