This upload contains 266 episodes (228 aired shows, 37 rehearsals, and 1 After Show) of the old time comedy program, The Red Skelton program. The show aired from 1941-1952, save for an 18-month hiatus from June 1944-December 1945 when Skelton served in WWII. The show was most associated with Raleigh cigarettes, but was also sponsored by Tide and Norge at the end of its run. Skelton was a comedic tour-de-force who remained popular for over three decades, from his radio days 1939-1952, his two decades of television from 1951-1971, and over 25 motion pictures. A true great of his era.

Problem with download
The download gets to the last 5 seconds and then ends with some unknown problem. It's happened twice.

StardustOTR, thank you for your comment. I am sorry you were having problems downloading it. I just tried to download it on my wife's computer, and I was able to do so without problem. I downloaded it through Safari on a MacBook. If you still have issues, please let me know and perhaps I can get them to you another way.

Unable to Download
I was looking so forward to downloading many of these episodes because they would complete my collection for Red Skelton. Sadly I have tried for many days and the download fails after almost completing.
