Vegan baby skincare brand P’ure Papayacare has launched in Priceline pharmacies nationwide, seeking to drive a “global green baby revolution”.
Last year, the baby skincare market was valued at nearly $17 billion and is expected to grow close to $30 billion in the next 10 years.
The homegrown, locally-made Aussie skincare brand wants to offer consumers products and packaging that are safe for both babies and the environment.
P’ure Papayacare’s range of products uses certified natural ingredients, is vegan, free from petroleum, mineral oil, parabens, artificial fragrance, and suitable for sensitive skin. It has also received several global awards, including Best Natural Baby Brand from Bambini Baby and Mother and five Global Green Beauty Awards.
The brand’s key ingredient is sustainably sourced Carica Papaya (Paw Paw) extract, which contains Papain enzymes, vitamins A, E, C, and antioxidants said to help promote skin renewal and healing.
The company wants to prove that clean green baby products are not just a fad in a niche market but a necessary regime for the environment’s future.
