- I'm not even a huge fan, and these recordings blew me away. I'd wouldn't give this up for any of the studio albums. It's so raw and has a cool dark energy. This just fits that era and the emergence of this music perfectly, and is just less polished and more intimate than the other records. Great pressing as well. Grab this one if you can, but I'll never give up my copy :-)!!
- If you’re a fan consider this lp as essential as any of their lps. Just awesome on every level. The music the pressing just everything.
An absolute must have. - I agree with the other reviews, this is a lovely pressing, i just wish i had the red vinyl version, but was too slow off the mark :)
- It's a beautiful thing to hear these sessions from the Peel archives an absolutely beautiful pressing that has done them justice and takes me back to listening to the radio show late at night...still miss the man without whome we would not have these recordings
- Superb, just found a sealed copy for £6 at the car boot! Absolute pleasure to listen too, I remember listening over and again to the session with watch out below on cassette. Essential listening and great pressing.
- I concur; a must have for any Bunnymen fan. Absolutely great pressing, dead quiet vinyl and great tunes. Some versions are very different and stripped down or acoustic. Essential!
