i placed the order on 8/27.
the payment was taken from my checking account on 8/28.
the delivery range was from 9/3 - 21.
i inquired to the seller about an approximate delivery date on 9/8 & was immediately answered & asked to verify the shipping address.
at this point i informed them that this was a gift & that i'd have been more than happy to have paid extra to expedite the process (it wasn't offered).
i inquired again on 9/16 & informed the seller that their site's tracking function option didn't work in my case & was immediately answered & told to inquire again on 9/21.
they offered to send a replacement if it wasn't received by then & asked for the tracking number (which i would have assumed they would already have on record).
i replied with the number on 9/18.
i informed them on 9/21 that my friend was notified by his local post office that it had been received & he picked it up then.
i don't believe the book is available for purchase in the US. this considered, i believe my transaction was handled as promptly & professionally as it could have been.
i would be more than happy to do business with this seller again.
