Can anyone please help. Weirdly the game starts to lag & then freezes during game play and then resumes. but the problem is persistent. Is anyone having the same issues.

I am currently using translation on this subject because I do not know English. I am trying to open the EA application, but nothing happens. When I look at the Task Manager, it comes in 3 seconds and disappears immediately. Other applications open immediately, but EA does not open. Does anyone know why this is?...
