Over the course of one day, Danish police detective Bjørn Rasmussen (Ulrich Thomsen: ‘Counterpart’; ‘The Blacklist’) interrogates the suspects in the mysterious murder of his own daughter. Both the stakes and the suspense rise relentlessly as Bjørn inches closer to the truth – but is it one he wants to know? ‘Face to Face’ season one co-stars Lars Mikkelsen (‘House of Cards’), Nikolaj Lie Kaas (‘A Conspiracy of Faith’), Trine Dyrholm (‘Love Is All You Need’), Søren Malling (Viaplay Group’s ‘Rig 45’), Lars Ranthe (Viaplay Group’s ‘Pros and Cons’) and David Dencik (‘Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy’). The eight-part series is directed by Christoffer Boe (‘Kriger’; ‘The Purity of Vengeance’), who co-writes with Jakob Weis (‘That Time of Year’). Jonas Allen and Peter Bose produce for Miso Film and Fremantle will distribute ‘Face to Face’ season one internationally. The series premiered exclusively on Viaplay on 15 November 2019.
