Delicious, well rounded menu of drinks and and heavy apps. Definitely need a reservation to go, but they usually have a lot of reservations available about a week out

Incredible place to dine or drink at. Ambience is next-level. They have different themes at different points throughout the year, it's worth going to each one. The food is incredible, the drinks are where the character of the place shines as they are catered to the theme. My wife and I try to make it as often as we can and have always had amazing service and an awesome experience every time. I hesitate to write such a good recommendation because reservations are sometimes hard to get but we really love the Conductor Club and it's a great excuse to visit Union Station and see a unique part of it as well.

Our reservation was for 9:30, they didn’t seat us until 30 minutes after our reservation time. The manager took our orders including food. Then the actual server came over to tell us one of the drink orders they couldn’t fulfill and then that we couldn’t order food because it was too late. The manager should have known this information and told us at the time of ordering. The server then kept apologizing because she was the only server for the night. Drinks finally came. They were delicious, ambiance was great. Service was sub par even coming from the manager.

After finishing our 1st drink it took almost 15 minutes to get the servers attention (in which time my wife decided she no longer wanted to be there) we wanted another drink but decided to leave after such slow service

Conductor' Club always has a way of hitting their target audience when they choose their seasonal themes. Ambiance and decor always go all out and the cocktails typically pair with the theme well. One of my favorite portions of whichever theme they're in is that they like to 'call back' to some past themes and they'll keep them on the menu. Always fun to see what themed shots they come up with as well.

Loved it! Second time being there. Only gave the food one star as the kitchen closes at 10pm and our reservation was at 10pm. Wish we had known or I read the fine print better. We had food there before and it was great though!

First time going to the Conductor Club after years of trying to get in! The decor was outstanding!! The club was MUCH smaller than we imagined, and it still took quite a while to get drinks. The prices were more than we imagined and while we would love to go again, we must save up for it!! We would recommend going at least once!

We were a little late to our reservation but I called to let them know. The space itself is small, maybe 10 tables tops. There was 1 bartender & a waitress and they held the place down! The drinks were really good & very creative. I always love coming here because of the different themes & the decor.

As airways, we had a blast. The drinks were amazing. The decor was fun. We always get the cheese plate. This wasn't my favorite of the cheese plates. It was a little heavy on the blue cheese, and there were no sliced cheese. The nuts, bread, and peaches were very good, though. We also didn't get our usual table this time, but we got in on Friday the 13th, so we were happy about that. This is one of our favorite places, and we can't wait to see what they do for Christmas this year!

The Conductors Club is a true hidden gem in Kansas City! They always make it such an absolutely incredible experience from the themed drinks, to the themed decorations, to the overall vibe. Everyone is always so kind and wonderful every time we come. It is the perfect spot for date nights and friends to get together!

We had such a good time and you can really tell they put a lot of thought into the theme and the menu. The service was great and our waiter was knowledgeable and fun. Unfortunately I felt like we were seated at the worst table in the place, right by the door with little room and cramped in the corner.

This has to be the best pop up in town! The drinks are exceptionally themed AND delicious! (Props to the bartender- he’s amazing. I believe he was the same bartender when we came to this popup when it was Jaws themed and he was fantastic then, too.) The theming is mega-fun and the food is delicious. I’m anxiously awaiting to hear what the next themes will be!
