This is my favorite spot to stay at in Palm Beach - bar none.

As described, old-world glamour in a Palm Beach-style, the Brazilian Court hotel occupies a Mediterranean style villa, complete with lushy landscaped courtyards, a beautiful pool, good service, an amazing restaurant on premise (Cafe Boulud), spa, gym and etc.

About three blocks from Worth Avenue and two blocks from the ocean, this is premium location and maximum pampering. This hotel accepts pets as well.

Although it rained this past weekend, I know the hotel can provide transportation to/from the beach. You can also rent bikes from the front desk. Beach goers will love this property.

The one thing I noticed was that there wasn’t a Nespresso machine in the room and, in my opinion, it would have added to my stay since I don’t like to be calling in room service for my espressos. Yes, I drink more than one a day. I think I noticed the same thing the last time I stayed there. Minor detail given the fact that everything else about this place is amazing ;)

Since this is my first getaway around the pandemic, I must say that I felt pretty comfortable and safe at the actual property. Staff were wearing masks but I wished they offered some type of sanitizer in the room.

Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel besides Cafe Boulud are: Buccan (a favorite), Bricktop’s (a favorite), Cafe Flora, Surfiside Dinner (breakfast), Leopard Lounge & Restaurant and Pizza Al Fresco. I also love Palm Beach Grill (a favorite), Restoration Hardware Rooftop Cafe (a favorite), Palm Beach Yacht Club and Sant Ambroeus (another favorite). Make reservations ahead of time. It is a must.

There are a many things to do in Palm Beach but I must have been to all the attractions already. I mostly go there to decompress from the city life, cycle, take long walks, enjoy the beach, the food and the vibe this privileged town has to offer.

Hope you get to stay at the Brazilian Court Hotel one day!

We stayed here for four nights in early January and were very pleased. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had been to the property in the past to dine at the award winning restaurant by Daniel Beloud, but had never previously stayed as hotel guests. It was a fantastic and very sophisticated experience. The staff was very personable and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the concierge service from Camilla. Also, the bellman and valet service was prompt and the bellman were always present with a smile to open doors, assist with coming and going and offer bottled water. We dined at the restaurant for dinner on three occasions and each meal was exceptional. The a la carte breakfast service was also very enjoyable. The room was spacious and had been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The closet was huge, and the bathroom was very nicely sized and appointed. Everything was very comfortable. The location is perfect; just a block away from Worth Avenue, and a few blocks to the beach. We spent time enjoying cocktails in the very elegant yet cozy courtyard. We did not get a chance to spend any time by the pool as we had golf outings each day, but the pool was very quaint and inviting. Our experience at this hotel was extremely positive, and we will be coming back on every future stay in Palm Beach. The clientele consisted almost entirely of adults which made sense as it is not a great property for children. Big thanks to the staff for their attention to every detail and making sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will stay at the Brazilian Court on all future stays to PB. It was exactly what we were hoping for and expecting

The Brazilian Court is such a special place. The courtyard and pool area are truly beautiful and peaceful. Due to Covid19 most restaurants in Palm Beach were closed but we were perfectly happy to have all of our meals at the hotel. Service is amazing and friendly. Rooms are somewhat small and dark and the hallway going to our room had a musty smell. Our bathroom was large and we had plenty of storage space. Love being able to walk around town from the hotel. We felt like the staff was doing everything possible to keep the hotel clean and safe and great precautions were being taken.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this last stay was a terrible disappointment. We arrived on a Friday, and when we came back from dinner, we were surprised there had been no turn-down service. In the past, housekeeping would come in while we were at dinner, leave a little welcoming note on the pillow along with chocolates and fresh towels. No more!
That night, we thought the loud barking noise from the room next door must be from a television but when it was constant and
got even louder, we realized the barking came from a dog in the room next to ours. We complained and asked for another room but they told us there were no other rooms available except a deluxe room with two Queen beds. Strange considering the hotel appeared completely empty.
The next morning, ordering from room service proved difficult, lengthy, repetitive and frustrating particularly when it was delivered cold and missing half of what we ordered.
We went out for the day on Saturday and got back to our room to dress and shower for the evening. The “Please Make Up The Room” sign was still on. The bed was unmade, the trash can was full of yesterday’s newspapers, and the morning’s breakfast dishes with food left rotting on the plates were still on the tray. It was obvious no one had come to clean the room. My husband called down to the desk and was told that due to the Carona virus, there was no maid service in the hotel! Over the past six months, we have stayed at The Breakers, The Ritz Carlton among other hotels and all had daily housekeeping service among all the other amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel.
On Sunday morning, our $1494.09 bill for our two-night stay had been slipped under the door. Exhausted from the barking dog from the room next door waking us up every hour, we slept in, ate a late breakfast, watched the news shows and noticed that it was nearly 11:30A.M. Check-out time is noon. I called down to the desk and asked if we could check out one half hour later, at 12:30. The woman at the front desk said the hotel does not have later check out times and if it was past noon, we would be charged another day! We usually use our American Express Platinum card which automatically offers a 4:00PM check out time. I mentioned this to the young lady and the response was “I’m
sorry.” We are so sad that our once favorite hotel has changed so drastically. What A terrible disappointment!

Thank you 925marybethm for taking the time to write and share your feedback. It is appreciated. We regret to learn that your experience with us was not what you've come to expect of the hotel, and we understand your disappointment. Due to Covid-19, we have made some adjustments to the services offered that limits the interaction within guest's personal space. These measures we take are to protect both our guest and associates base on safety rules and regulations. We provide these updates in all our rooms so that our guest is aware of what is being done. Rest assure there are no intentions to limit our housekeeping service and trust that we will get back to the service standards you've come to enjoy. Please note we do our very best with extending late check-outs, and at times we are unable to do so especially with room categories that are limited. We sincerely apologize for the barking dog that kept you awake and will reiterate our pet policy with the team to ensure that the policy is followed. Thanks again for sharing and I am truly sorry for your experience. We hope that we will get another opportunity to host you soon. With hospitality,

We just got back from the Brazilian Court Hotel for the weekend. First, let me share the positive. The location is great. Easy walking distance to Worth Ave and everywhere we wanted to go. I loved the charm of the hotel and Cafe Boulard, the restaurant, is definitely worth visiting. Our room was nice and large and I loved the tub! The pool is small and charming, but be warned that on busy days it is impossible to get a seat.

We did experience quite a few service issues at the hotel. It really just felt like they were understaffed for the business they were experiencing.

Room Cleaning - Our room was never cleaned. The housekeeping did stop by at 5:30 pm when I was cleaning up for dinner. I asked if she would still be working at 6:30 and if she could stop by then, she said yes and never did. That was frustrating because we ran out of the towels etc. I did call and they did bring 2 towels, but never once apologized.

Hot Water - The hotel had an issue with the boiler and hot water was out overnight and into the next day. When we called at 8AM the hotel told us it would be fixed in 15 minutes. Turns out, it had been out it had been an issue since the evening before and it was not fixed until mid day. We asked they call to notify us when it was back on, they never did and they also never apologized for this inconvenience on any of our calls.

Pool - The pool overall is lovely, small but charming and peaceful. Every time we encountered someone working at the pool it always seemed like they were overworked and it wasn't their full job to be there. That meant we were constantly feeling guilty asking for simple things like towels. The water container was never full of water (just ice) which was also frustrating. Water is not a big deal, its just that it wasn't a priority to fill it in all the days we were there. Multiple times we just walked ourselves over to the bar or restaurant to order pool drinks.

Overall, the hotel is a charming little spot but experiencing the service issues, especially for the nightly cost, left a bad impression.

My fiancé and I booked a last minute staycation at the BC! The property is beautifully appointed with lots of open seating in the courtyards and pool. The hot was not very busy and the Front Desk generously upgraded our accommodation. Housekeeping service was done every other day and our towels were replenished daily. The restaurant serves the most amazing breakfast (I suggest to sit on the terrace). Our suite even had a private entrance from the courtyard which made us feel extra safe due to Covid precautions. We will definitely return soon! Thanks to the BC team

It is a 5 star hotel with a few hiccups that were solved in a classy manner befitting this hotel. We came for a few nights to celebrate my birthday in February and were upgraded to a gorgeous 2 bedroom suite which made me extremely happy. The decor is classic, very clean, and had a small private courtyard where we hung our bathing suits.
The pool - beautiful and the service is good too. The hot tub is great also and pretty private.
The a la carte breakfast was delicious and it was included in our rate (American Express Platinum rocks!!!) No matter what we tried I was impressed with the taste and quality of the products, as well as the presentation.
Dinner - could not fault it, from the service to the taste, everything was good. Request to sit outdoors if possible.
The hotel has a valet service, but we were always able to find parking outside on the street, except you have to move it at a certain time, which we did.
The hotel also has a beach service - they take you by car to the beach and set up umbrellas and chairs for you and give you a goodie bag (water, towels, reading material...)
As it was my birthday, I was surprised to receive a bottle of champagne for reaching a certain number which I will not divulge here.
The people really try to please you and if they screw up, they really go out of their way to appease you. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My boyfriend and I stayed at BCPB for 6 days on our last trip. The staff are friendly and the service is impeccable. This is our favorite hotel in Palm Beach. We enjoy the Breakers too, but we love the boutique feel of this hotel a tiny bit more and the ability to walk a block to our favorite restaurant in PB, Buccan. The doormen are so kind. More than once they gently reminded us of a possible rain shower in the afternoon and passed us an umbrella to take, just in case. The rooms are generously sized, and it’s one of the few hotels I’ve been to that has enough storage for both our things to be hung and folded properly. The pool feels like an oasis - it’s so leafy and gorgeous, and I’m obsessed w the scent they use around the property. The courtyard of this hotel is stunning and the fountains give it such a calming vibe, one of the best parts of my day was drinking a coffee in the courtyard in the morning (and I am not a morning person!). Can’t wait to come back on our next trip!

This was our first vacation since January due to Covid. After extensive research, we chose this hotel and I am so glad we did. When we made our reservation, we requested a room that was accessible without going through the lobby, taking an elevator, or corridor and that is exactly what we received! The staff is kind, the rooms are gorgeous, and the food...oh, the food!!! Daniel Boulud's Cafe Boulud from NY is here! We dined outside and it was amazing!!!
This is our new favorite hotel!

Hi. No it is not on the beach. The advertise that they will drive you to the beach in a Mercedes. For us, they called us a mini van taxi. The beach is about a 5 minute drive but not really walking distance.

Agree with mys550. And quite frankly, I did not think it was a particularly attractive pool area. See other reviewer comments about service at the pool. If you are looking for blasts of sun, you are better off at the beach.
