Mandy Moore got all dressed up with her husband Taylor Goldsmith for a special drive-in screening of the This Is Us Season 5 finale on Tuesday night.

The finale screening was held at the Rose Bowl, with the 37-year-old actress, who plays Rebecca Pearson on the hit NBC series, chronicling the event on her Instagram story.

The actress even got together with her co-star Chrissy Metz, who both reacted to some of the finale's shocking developments, while showing off her elegant gown for the event.

Moore took to Instagram on Tuesday evening after the screening to share a snap of her in the cutout Brandon Maxwell gown which was white with black polka dots.

She also wore strappy black heels with a black clutch for the event, which also featured a Q&A panel with the actresses.

'#ThisIsUs season finale screening tonight. Thanks for letting me borrow this number, @BrandonMaxwell,' Moore said on her Instagram post.

She also tagged Anita Ko Jewelry for the sparkling diamond earrings she was wearing, along with hair stylist Matthew Collins, makeup artist Molly Greenwald and stylist Kevin Michael Ericson.

She also shared part of the video message from This Is Us creator/showrunner Dan Fogelman, who she called the 'best boss.'

He said he was, 'very proud of the season we made, despite all the nasal swabs and testing,' particularly the finale, 'where our cast and crew really came together to try and end the season we worked so hard on the right way.'

Moore also shared a snap of her husband Taylor Goldsmith in the driver's seat of their car, watching the finale on a huge screen in the Rose Bowl parking lot.

The actress also shared a brief video of herself walking through the lot with co-star Chrissy Metz, both with cringe-y looks on their faces, reacting to the rather surprising twists in the finale, with Metz responding, 'I didn't do it.'

Both Moore and Metz were joined by Fogelman for a Q&A panel after the screening, where they spoke about the upcoming sixth and final season.

'I hope that Rebecca has the ability to have grace for herself and her loved ones, and have true, profound perspective on her life and legacy. And I hope she’s able to be as present as possible, given the circumstances,' Moore said about her character.

While Fogelman wouldn't say much about the final season, he said he hoped they deliver a satisfying conclusion.

'I think that we’re going to try and make something really beautiful that leaves people feeling full and warm, [something that taps into] the melancholy beauty that fills our lives…[something that will] make people want to have baby or call their parents. I think that’s always how we intended to end the show. We’re going to try to pull off something really lovely,' he said.
