Taxi GranCanaria was perfect! Great service! Excellent, professional and very friendly driver! (Jose Antonio) We booked months ago, online and were not sure how things would turn out… Communication/confirmation about the ride, meeting location was done the day before and again just before the ride. We would recommend Taxi GranCanaria for sure! We are booked with you this Sunday going from Radisson blue to the airport and we feel very confident that it will another great experience! Thank you!

We booked this company to collect us from the airport and take us to our hotel as well as collect from our hotel a week later and return us to the airport.
The booking process was pretty simple - we booked car seats for our 3 year old and 8 year old through the website too. Having paid in advance, we got email confirmations with all details included.
On the day of our flight the driver was waiting for us with a card with our name on it at arrivals and quickly and politely packed us up in the car. The seats for our children were already fitted so there was no hassle for us after our long travels.
We got to our hotel very quickly and the driver unpacked all our baggage for us. Very easy.
On the return journey the driver was at the hotel nice and early but with no pressure for us to leave early, he was ready when we were. Again, car seats were all sorted ready for us and he packed the car up quickly and easily. He dropped us right outside the door we needed at the hotel and was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

We book a taxi and paid it from home. When we arrived att AirPort Las Palmas
No taxi? We called the comany no answer - waited and then we took a local taxi. Take contact next day by mail - wanted the paid money back!
Answer next day from taxi company
A taxi was in place waiting for you so no money back was the answer- 43 euro poor i was.
Never book this company!

Almost impossible to get a taxi for more than 4 people, no accommodation for child seats. No confirmation of booking given, waited an hour and 20 minutes for a taxi to carry 4 adults and one baby in a car seat safely. Ended up cancelling our table reservation and booking. Taxi drivers appear to be very abrupt and often come across miserable or grumpy. There is a strong encouragement to order two taxis for more than 4 people which doubles the cost instantly and doesn’t include the recent price hike which seems to have been applied. We are currently staying in a 5 star accommodation who provide the taxi service a considerable amount of business but the taxi service makes it unviable to travel outside the resort.
