Talent Unlimited High School Reviews
Rating 3.73 out of 5 284 reviews
Talent Unlimited is a performing arts school in the heart of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. One is accepted into the school through audition into one of the offered majors. Dance, drama, vocal, instrumental music, or musical theatre. The staff is made up of professionals in their art, and are some great teachers and role models for the students.
Along with the performances that students participate in, the academic courses are rigorous and challenging too. There is a decent list of ap classes offered, and the teachers are mostly very accommodating of the students with conflicting rehearsals and performances
Along with the performances that students participate in, the academic courses are rigorous and challenging too. There is a decent list of ap classes offered, and the teachers are mostly very accommodating of the students with conflicting rehearsals and performances
The school Talent Unlimited has a very emotional communicative environment, which is one of its strong suits. As a school of the arts, the sense of community is built heavily off of the basis that producing and appreciating art is an evident common goal. Talent Unlimited supports a great environment for those interneted in expanding their knowledge in the arts. However, academically the support is not as strong. While there is required course work the diversity in academic classes is limited resulting in what felt like a lesser education in courses that did not revolve around the arts.
The culture in the school is amazing, such as the events for the students, the shows by each major, the cultural celebrations, and the support given for these events. Other than that I can't say much is wrong. The school is loud, however its a performing arts school.
