Outer Splatter G It helped me opened eyes even more to obesity and fast food consumption. Overall a really great documentary. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/08/23 Full Review Tstaff 7 This is how to make a documentary! Top notch! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/04/23 Full Review Connor A An interesting documentary about how unhealthy McDonald's and similar fast-food restaurants really are. This film came out in 2004 and now in 2023 not much has changed, McDonald's is still the biggest fast-food chain in the world and America's still has an obesity problem. While this film hasn't convinced me to give up fast-food altogether, it has made me think and be more aware of the side effects that eating this food can cause and I think that was the main point of the film. It's an interesting experiment and worth a watch. Also it's creepy seeing Jared "the Subway guy" talking to teenage girls years before he was found out. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/02/23 Full Review colin m Morgan Spurlock sets out to prove excessive amounts of bad food are bad for you; and if you abuse your body you'll have an abused body. Who knew? (Unfortunately overeating in this extreme way increases the number of fat cells (lipocytes) a person has, which won't be lost subsequently, so he probably gave himself a permanent irremediable weight gain problem by this experiment.) Is a low budget documentary about McDonalds but is experiment. 8/10 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/15/22 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Antonia Quirke London Evening Standard For all the film's lecturing about the rise in diabetes and good and bad fats, you suspect that its director is secretly just having a laugh with the whole thing.
