The Undead Bride Su Yung returned to IMPACT Wrestling at Bound For Glory, and became the new Knockouts Champion!
Deonna Purrazzo had originally been scheduled to defend the Knockouts Championship against Kylie Rae. Rae’s entrance music would play, however the challenger wouldn’t show. The Virtuosa then issued an open challenge, which was accepted by the returning Su Yung!

Purrazzo defeated Susie at Victory Road, with Kylie Rae wishing her best friend Susie – Yung’s alter ego – good luck by gifting her kick pads. The return of the Undead Bride has been teased ever since.
Su Yung returned at Bound For Glory to face Deonna Purrazzo, and emerged victorious after a lengthy, brutal contest. The Undead Bride was crowned Knockouts Champion shortly after The North regained the IMPACT Tag Team Championships. The return was one of several surprises on Bound For Glory, with The Rock, Mick Foley and Bret Hart appearing to congratulate Ken Shamrock on his Hall of Fame induction earlier in the evening. Meanwhile, James Storm, Swoggle and Shawn Daivari all returned to the company in the Call Your Shot Battle Royal.
No reason has been given for Kylie Rae’s absence thus far, and the match was advertised right up until Kylie Rae’s music played without the challenger accompanying it.
