I haven't done a hotel review since 2018 even though we are frequent travelers around the world. I am a world of Hyatt member therefor we stay in Hyatt hotels often. As usual, we have been happy with the high standard that we expect from the Hyatt properties. We are currently in the middle of our 10-day stay on the 16th floor in the west tower... I am writing this review after all these years because I am totally blown away by my overall experience at this hotel. I feel so compelled and obligated to show my appreciation and acknowledge their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Every hotel staff that we have encountered so far is very friendly and attentive. And special thanks to the guest relation team. A few days prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel asking for the two rooms to be close by because we are traveling with an elderly, in addition to a couple of other requests. I literally received a response from Susan within hours assuring our requests are being handled. And what a pleasant surprise, we got a hand-written welcoming note along with a fruit plate shortly after checking in. Very grateful for such a nice and warm gesture.
In addition to the impeccable customer service, I am very impressed with the condition and amenities of the hotel as well. The room looks brand new, exceptionally clean and perfectly appointed. The location is excellent as the hotel is a part of the new Harbor North phase I and II projects/malls, with lots of restaurants and shops. The mall is just across the street from the North Point subway station A1 exit. The tram is just a short walk away which provides a convenient and relaxing way to get to places in the Hong Kong island side. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone because the hotel itself and the team members - they really go above and beyond to take care of our needs and i can see they really take price in what they do!
