Feels like a small boutique hotel. Good location between the main lines of the MTR and close to the ferry. Excellent and professional staff, two wonderful restaurants with the Japanese restaurant also having an outdoor patio - great setting. They also have an excellent lobby / meeting area — beautifully decorated with great books. Amazing breakfasts too! Well-appointed rooms with super comfy mattress and linens. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hari really surprised with the personal touches everywhere. From the minute we checked in Marcel ensured he could help us connect to Robert who recommended a really nice restaurant in Central. And throughout the stay was most impressed how everyone could remember my name and the attention to detail.
The gym whilst small was well equipped and clean.
But the rooms were incredibly well appointed, the airplay and chrome cast meant we could easily watch a movie, whilst the bed was extremely comfortable.
The small study and lounge like sofa was also nice to sit in.
The shower‘s water pressure and heat was great, whilst feeling large and luxurious with the exquisite marble.
The Aircon was whisper quiet and temperature control was very smart in balancing fan speed and the cool air.
Small complaint would be the pillows which were not too comfortable and the devices sometimes had difficulty connecting to airplay.
Otherwise would recommend the hotel for the experience definitely.

My stay here at The Hari Hong Kong has been nothing short of incredible. For my first holiday since the pandemic, I was somewhat trepidatious about travelling solo and to such a far-away location no less. After spending countless hours researching the best hotels in Hong Kong, I discovered The Hari. Already an establishment with a wealth of positive reviews, it comes as no surprise that The Hari truly exceeded my expectations. When booking directly with the Hotel via their site, you are given the opportunity to provide additional information regarding your booking (and quoted the best rates), it was heartwarming to see that the staff had done their very best to ensure my stay was one to remember (thoughtful gestures such as allowing for early check in to accommodate my flights, noting my preference for and thus providing me with a room on the highest floor, and leaving a selection of sweet treats and a detailed postcard containing recommendations for things to do). Throughout my stay, the staff have been beyond attentive and accommodating, doing their utmost to provide a level of service and excellence that would be expected from the most renowned hotels. Based on my experience, I believe the hotel itself is represented accurately in regards to the quality of facilities, rooms, hygiene and amenities, for a luxury boutique I would argue that their rates are more than reasonable. I would therefore highlight that the most impactful differentiator of the Hari when compared to other more “luxurious” and expensive hotels, is the experience facilitated by the staff. Thank you The Hari Hong Kong for being an incredible home away from home. I look forward to returning some day soon!

Nice to see a new establish hotel in HK under pandemic situation,we booked a corner view room hotel with reservation on so call famous Italian restaurant Lucciola
First thing first,credit to all hotel staff and design,very comfortableand warm design,staff greeted me nicely and proactive to assist for everything
We’ve booked the Lucciola at the same time I booked the room,and I was told the table are only available at 19:30,that’s okay to us,I even written double confirm the reservation one day before we arrive,so far was told the table available at 19:30
When we arrive sharp at 19:30, surprisingly they told us to table was reserve to us from 1830 to 1945,the restaurant staff makes us think that was our mistake and try to give us table as goodwill,OMG I can’t even accept their attitude, I understand that’s an Italian restaurant, am I English is not good enough to argue with them for a table, and they make me feel that I am refugees begging for food,so that’s why they serve me cold bread,after we talk to another better servant (Tiffany) she brought us better.Otherwise that’s the worst dinning experience that I ever had in my life,what kind of restaurant serve chill bread these days?not even cafe de carol and McDonald,and I need to say I’m not using any discount or hotel dining credit,can’t imagine if I am.
Also the shower gel in room are same smell as LBS hygiene(史偉沙）toliet cleaner,and it’s for a couple romantic night,OMFG!!
The room is 350sq ft with $2k hkd of coz with some balloons and welcome drink and pop corn,if that f&b are free then the room is way over price,well I will consider the truffle favor pop corn worth $500,then I feels better with 1500 for the room.
I mean the room are clean and well designe,but those expat waitress and the shampoo shower gel are totally destroyed the reputation of the hotel,anyway if your management of this hotel,pls work with hearts,thx!!

We had a night here for anniversary. We booked their king room. The staff emailed us days before check in to ask for our ETA so to arrange cakes and simple decoration be ready in the room, which is meticulous. On check in the staff was courteous and professional, I especially appreciate their uniform which is very stylish, unlike traditional chained hotel staff with dull uniform designs.
The staff forgot our welcome drinks but I asked for it after check out the next day which they were kind to offer me back, you could choose from a few choices of wine or teas and coffees.
The room itself is compact, yet it was very stylish and cozy. I love the contemporary British style of the room, and the two glass doors which can totally separate the room from the shower. The shower is great with marble walls, got rain shower as well which is amazing. The toilet though is rather tiny, just enough for you to go into it with your back pretty much against the back wall. The room is with a city view which pretty much looking at the opposite building, so definitely need to close the curtain if you want some privacy.
Breakfast is served on the restaurant on first floor, with a choice of main which includes Egg Benedict, Omelette, Brioche etc, and some all you can ear sides like cold cuts, pastry and cereals. The quality is amazing and the ambience of the breakfast place is great.
Overall is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in, amazing experience and would love to stay there again.

The Library Suite was very beautiful, especially the washroom overlooking a huge balcony decorated with greenery! Both the living room and bedroom were very comfy. Outstanding service and heart-warming amenities prepared for my son’s birthday celebration.
Zoku is highly recommended for its great food and reasonable prize.
The director of rooms was also very kind to offer us a late check-out so that we had ample time for making a mocktail with the fruit and juice in the room. What fun!
Will surely revisit the hotel again!

From room condition to service, the overall staying experience really exceeds my expectation. I can tell everyone in The Hari is trying their best to accommodate guests' need.
Kudos to Andrew & YoYo from Front Desk who are super helpful and friendly; Almon & his concierge fellows who always ensure our transportation arrangement is seamless. What impressed me most is the concierge team used bubble paper to wrap our fragile stuff which we never request! I doubt if most 5-star will proactively provide such kind of service too.
The room itself is clean & comfortable with a vibrant ambience. Very suitable for young couples who have budget concern yet looking for an alternative from traditional 5-stars.

The Hari Hotel is a great 5 stars hotel. The staff are nice and polite. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for celebrating our anniversary. The staff helped us to refrigerate the cake I prepared when our arrival as they knew that the fridge is not big enough to place it. The room is not too big, but the equipments were so great that we had good quality of sleep here. The furnitures are modern and kept in good quality.There is a dining table which facilitates us to have meals. Although the washroom is a bit too small, the tidiness is very nice. The bathroom is big enough with good smelling body wash, shampoo, and body lotion. The staff were so nice that they had already prepared a small decoration on the bed upon our arrival. They also helped us to tidy up the room when we were not here, and prepared a very nice cake and a celebrating card for our anniversary. It is a highly recommended hotel.

This was our third stay in 4 weeks in The Hari. From the Concierge who greeted us at the entrance, to check in, to restaurant staff & housekeeping, the level of service was truly impeccable & of the highest standard. The King room which we stayed in is finished and decorated to a high standard. It’s cosy, modern & chic. The bed is probably the most comfortable I have slept in & needless to say I slept like a baby on both occasions. The room is also extremely well sound proofed, so much so that I didn’t need to use my ear plugs. On our most recent visit, we stayed in the Chesham Suite which was absolutely stunning. It’s approx 800sqft, divided in 3 rooms; living room, bedroom & bathroom along with a spacious terrace with city & partial sea views. Just like the King room, the Chesham Suite is decorated tastefully with a high quality finish. The bathroom is beautiful & has its own individual bathroom and his & her own sinks. We ordered in room service which we ate on the terrace during sunset. Both of our meals were tasty and portions were generous. We also dined in Zoku the Japanese restaurant in the hotel which was a real treat & a must try. The Hari is one of the best if not the best boutique hotels in Hong Kong and I would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway, family staycation or for business. It caters for all. I am already looking forward to many more visits! Highly recommend the premium corner room, not huge but good enough for 2 people.
I like their TV, with chromecast installed, can easily connect your own device for mirroring (to enjoy Netflix, Youtube, etc.).
It would be great if the room can be more sound-proof as the music from other rooms/ rain sounds can be easily heard, even at midnight.
Housekeeping staff can be more anticipatory as well. I requested a new set of tea cups. If they can collect those used cups and utensils while delivering the new cups, it will be more appreciated.
All staff I have encountered during the stay are great! Special thanks to Leo, Joanne and Jacqueline, who made my arrival experience so memorable. Jacqueline greeted me at ground floor and proactively offered luggage assistance. Leo provided very efficient and smooth check-in/ check-out. Joanne was very attentive when she noticed I am holding an afternoon tea set and asked if I need to store it at refrigerator.
Also a huge thanks to Holly, who assisted in room and restaurant reservation. Really appreciate her assistance in creating this birthday surprise for us. We did enjoyed those WOW moments with the Hari!!

All staff I have encountered during the stay are great! Special thanks to Leo, Joanne and Jacqueline, who made my arrival experience so memorable. Jacqueline greeted me at ground floor and proactively offered luggage assistance. Leo provided very efficient and smooth check-in/ check-out. Joanne was very attentive when she noticed I am holding an afternoon tea set and asked if I need to store it at refrigerator.
Also a huge thanks to Holly, who assisted in room and restaurant reservation. Really appreciate her assistance in creating this birthday surprise for us. We did enjoyed those WOW moments with the Hari!!
