JOB TITLE: Sponsorship Administrator

LOCATION: Stamford Bridge
CONTRACT: Fixed Term, Permanent, 35 hours, 3 days out of 5 in the office.
PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):
• Travel and accommodation, both domestic and overseas, and organising logistics on behalf of the sales teams for client and brand meetings
• Arranging “white glove service” travel for VIP brands attending matchdays
• Organising premium bookings for client dinners
• Maintain the matchday invite list, keeping a complete record of attendees, job titles, and managing communications on arrival instructions
• Booking and organising internal or conference rooms and beverages/refreshments
• Department ticket requests and facilitating of payments for third parties
• Raising Purchase Orders for suppliers and expenses for the sales team
