A couple I glued the hand to the weapon, but it found it best to magnetize the palm of the hand and the weapon. The heavy weapons I used a paper clip that I drilled through the fist so it's like he's grasping it. Then I bent the piece down so it ran behind the weapon. I then glued a magnet to it and put one on the backside of the gun. Handle weapons I just put a magnet in the top or bottom and one in the fist. It's a pita and it took many hours. The gang took about 150 hrs all in. Oh I found that if you can to leave one magnet proud and countersink the other. This crated a ball and socket of sorts that makes them hold together better.
How did you get on magnetozing them? The single arms I found OK but the two handed weapons don't really line up all that well.
I've magnetised a Delaque gang. The 2-handed weapons, I found I needed to use a pair of mag where the 2nd hand held the gun, had to snip 2mm off the arm to use 2 magnets there. Orlock arms are a little beefier, so I'm not sure how easy that would be.
