Sofia Vergara shows off bikini body during Italian vacation ahead of her 47th birthday

Sofia Vergara is aging like fine wine.

The "Modern Family" star has been heating up Instagram over the past week with pictures from an Italian vacation with her equally photogenic husband, Joe Manganiello, ahead of her 47th birthday Wednesday.

Despite another trip around the sun, the highest-paid TV actress continues to prove that age is nothing but a number. 

Vergara showed off her toned abs in a white strapless top and coordinated bikini bottoms while happily posing in front of an Italian flag on the back of a boat. 

"To our next stop!" she captioned the carefree shot with her arms outstretched.

Earlier in the week, Vergara showed off her wild side on Instagram in a leopard print, Dolce Gabbana swimsuit while out at sea. "When in Italy," she captioned the picture.

Vergara credits her rocking body to "a very nice gym" that Manganiello built in their home. "So I don't have any excuses," she told Women's Health in 2017, adding that she aims to work out three to four times a week. 

The duo tied the knot during an extravagant wedding in Florida in November 2017. They got engaged on Christmas Day in 2014 after six months of dating.
