Soapbox Derby plot
Two youth gangs want to hold a soapbox race. The Battersea Bats are said to have a new design that would be unbeatable and their rivals, the Victoria Victors, hatch a plan to steal it. They try to make it look like one of the Battersea Bats himself stole the plans.
