About the PSA Monthly Brown Bag Series:

The Monthly Brown Bag Series is a new initiative of the the Public Sociology Association (PSA), and it serves as a space for early career scholars and students in sociology to present their research and practice in a low-stakes capacity. This is a multi-institutional event, and it is a great opportunity to learn about new research, network with other scholars and students, gain presentation experience, and receive feedback.

Theme for March

The theme for March is titled, "Forms of Activism: The Role of Courtwatching and the Effect of the #MeToo Movement" and will feature speakers Teagan Murphy (University of Maryland, College Park) and Courtney Bell (George Mason University).
