Nina E I wish they gave the titular character more screen time. The Siren herself is awesome but the movie focuses more on the four Hangover wannabes running away from some gothic cowboy guy. The movie has plenty of action; it's more an action movie than horror. It is entertaining and fast paced but if you came for the Succubus then you might be disappointed. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/12/23 Full Review Mooriah C Honestly in the beginning I thought this movie was going to be really dumb.. but I love it!! Def must see. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/04/23 Full Review Alexis B Not the best movie by any means, but I'm always here for a good creature. It was entertaining and the siren was pretty badass. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review thom g Although the film capitalizes on a usual setting to bring some horror, the acting, the characters or the narration would have benefited from being more refined to make Siren more than an average horror film. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review DRAVEN R This spinoff of "Amateur Night" from the first V/H/S is a serviceable and bloody addition to the V/H/S franchise. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/13/22 Full Review Lee B I thought it was a good movie. I enjoyed the story and the special effects. I have not seen the short story from V/H/S so this was a very original story for me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/01/22 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Dennis Harvey Variety An energetic and entertaining exercise that could spawn its own spin-offs. Dec 3, 2016 Full Review Brian Tallerico RogerEbert.com A movie about implanted memories, a stripper with a tail, and winged creatures, but it doesn't have the personality to make any of that interesting. Rated: 1.5/4 Dec 2, 2016 Full Review Noel Murray Los Angeles Times For the most part this is a clever and confident expansion of a terrific short. It stings less but packs plenty of poison. Dec 1, 2016 Full Review Joey Keogh Wicked Horror This is fundamentally the main issue with SiREN as a whole. It's frequently, often laugh-out-loud funny but it's not nearly scary enough to qualify it as a decent horror-comedy. Rated: 4/10 Oct 4, 2019 Full Review Patrick Bromley Daily Dead Creativity to the supernatural elements and good performances ensure that Siren's shortcomings are easily overlooked. Rated: 3/5 Nov 2, 2018 Full Review Kat Hughes THN SiREN is a strong idea that is somewhat squandered. An example of less would've been more. Rated: 2/5 Aug 30, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews
