“The Singles Collection” is the second greatest hits album of Britney Spears. It was released on November 10, 2009 to commemorate her ten-year anniversary since entering the music industry. The album includes one new track, “3”, that was released as the album’s lead and only single. “3” debuted at number 1, being the fifteenth song in the history of Billboard to debut at #1 and also the first to debut at the top position in over three years and the first non-American Idol artist in eleven years to do so. A [deluxe version] also exists, and feature more tracks.

Are all singles from Britney Spears prior to 2010 featured on this compilation?
For unknown reasons, “Sometimes”, “From the Bottom of My Broken Heart”, “Lucky”, “Don’t Let Me Be the Last to Know”, “Outrageous”, “My Prerogative”, “Do Somethin”, “Someday (I Will Understand)”, and “Break the Ice” were all released as singles. Though they are not included on the standard edition of the album, they are included on the deluxe edition.
