A couple times a month, they offer life drawing classes, which fill up fast. This is a small and supportive environment to explore life drawing. Yes, there is a nude model... could be anybody.
They have "instructed" options, which means that an instructor will sit next to you and offer tips as you draw. "Uninstructed" means that you're kind of on your own to try to figure things out, but this can still be a great exercise, and other artists will give you feedback if you ask.
I recommend checking out the gallery, but I especially recommend the life drawing classes if you're trying to find a place to practice that isn't (a) in front of the mirror or (b) at a university.

It felt a bit junky, but there were some cool things as well. I think I wouldn't be as excited if this place were by itself, but because it's right next door to another one, it makes for a fun outing.
