Walt Disney Studios Park premieres the new theme park actress version of Ariel (in the light blue dress) from The Little Mermaid. The new look is said to be more inspiring and inclusive.

As a redhead I loved Ariel growing up. She was always my favorite. I am sad they changed my childhood favorite princess because of the new woke religion. In the grand scheme of things that Disney is doing that is morally wrong, this doesn’t even hit the list. I am still sad about it though.
Don’t you think children who are not white want to experience the same feeling you had growing up? You felt connected to a character because she looked like you…. Black children want that feeling of representation too. Your feelings aren’t the only ones that matter🙄

If me expressing feelings offends you, it’s a sign that you have poor boundaries and that you could benefit from therapy.
And did you ask any black children if they thought Ariel should be black or are you just projecting?

I mean, her hair is still red, so sounds like you’re upset that she’s Black. Yikes.

Look up “redhead.” Genetically it’s MC1R. Look and see what those people look like.
