The TikTok video quickly went viral with fans gushing about how awesome the track was.

Meanwhile, inaugural Australian Idol winner Guy Sebastian showed approval by posting a fire emoji.

Noll told The Daily Telegraph he enjoyed breathing new life into his smash hit and his collaborators had absolutely 'nailed' it.

The remix will be released on Friday, which is a very special day for Shannon as it is his 46th birthday.

It follows Shannon admitting last month some of his behind-the-scenes antics on Australian Idol wouldn't be considered acceptable these days.

Shannon, who was recently unveiled as The Blowfly on The Masked Singer, told the TV Reload podcast there were lots of 'what's that on your shirt' pranks between him and Guy back in the day.

He admitted he would 'probably get in trouble' today for these harmless antics, which some might misconstrue as 'harassment'.

Shannon continues to perform across Australia and his 2021 album Raw reached number three on the Australian charts.
