Sharon Osbourne, 68, Is Ageless in New Pic after Jerry O'Connell Replaces Her on 'The Talk'

British native Sharon Osbourne looked spectacular in a recent picture shared after being replaced on her long-running stint on the American chat show "The Talk."

Sharon Osbourne, 68, looked ageless in a new photo after Jerry O’Connell replaced her on “The Talk.” The television personality took to Instagram writing:

“Anybody wants to play dress-up?”

She, in fact, dressed up for the snapshot in a purple ensemble matching her maroon signature short hairstyle. Osbourne served a dramatic pose by looking upward, showing her side view with her hand placed on her chest.

“The Osbournes” star wore dangling earrings that matched the details on her outfit, including a big dark ring she had on. Her nail polish perfectly matched with her nude-colored lips.

In response to her dress-up question, Los Angeles and London-based stylist Rebecca Corbin Murray said, “Me! Always!” At the same time, an English interior designer Martyn Bullard praised her and wrote, “Gorgeous.”

One person shared, “I miss seeing you on TV every day. I thought your comments were always thoughtful and insightful. I miss seeing you."

THE ANNOUNCEMENT

Unfortunately, Osbourne will not be going back to the show anytime soon as CBS "The Talk" announced her replacement recently, and viewers of the show had mixed reviews about the change.

The co-host of the show, Sheryl Underwood, announced on July 13 that O'Connell would be joining the rest of the ladies on the daytime talk show as a full-time host, making him the first man to achieve that.

The actor will replace Osbourne, who departed from the show in March following a heated on-air exchange with comedian Underwood that sparked accusations of racism.

THE ON-AIR DRAMA

That same month, audio of Osbourne went viral after it was leaked to the Daily Mail whereby she and journalist Elaine Welteroth were talking following the intense on-air discussion between her then-co-hosts on “The Talk.”

In the audio, Welteroth comforted the tearful Osbourne backstage and said she was sorry about how the entire conversation went down.

The music manager exited the show after her defense of her longtime controversial friend Piers Morgan sparked the exchange that ultimately led to an internal review by CBS and the program taking a hiatus.

O’CONNELL’S NEW GIG

Nonetheless, the addition of the "Jerry Maguire" star will undoubtedly change the atmosphere on the Emmy Award-winning talk show as he will join it full-time for Season 12, set to debut later this year.

After replacing Osbourne, the 47-year-old explained how he hopes to enhance the show that has been running since 2010, currently in its eleventh season.

O'Connell spoke up for the first time about his new hosting gig and seemed excited about joining the all-female hosts by speaking to Entertainment Tonight saying:

"What I think I enhance at 'The Talk' is just us having fun. If somebody says something or has a story that remotely makes me laugh or that I think is funny or interesting, we’re going to hammer that.”

THE HUMBLE ABODE

Meanwhile, Osbourne continues to live like a queen as Closer Weekly took a glimpse inside the author’s Los Angeles lavish home. The star has been inviting viewers into her mansion since her famous family starred on "The Osbournes” in the early 2000s.

She and her rock star husband, Ozzy Osbourne, 72, relocated to California for their Hollywood careers. While they have rented multiple homes, they eventually decided to settle down in the Beverly Hills area.

They purchased an architectural masterpiece in 2015 when they bought the English-style estate for a whopping $10 million in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods.

The 5,680 square-foot abode features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, including a master suite with a private veranda. Inside, there is an eye-catching staircase that leads from the living room to the upstairs bedrooms.

The couple’s home also features a two-story guesthouse with vaulted ceilings and its own parking garage. Their kitchen also has a small coffee bar equipped with its own brewing machine because the pair are coffee lovers.
