    Despite untimely fire alarm which was a pain in the butt, the night was great. Our waitress was awesome and I hope I get her tonight when I come again. Carolina rocked it.

    Delicious as always and the portions are more than ample, always a go box to take home. We had anything from their steak special to halibut to salads and sides- all delicious. No room for dessert

    Not worth the hype. Overpriced, terrible atmosphere with pots and pans banging from the kitchen. Service is not better than what you find at low end chains restaurant. Waiter. I planning that he is tired and can not get the order right. Tomahawk is 175 dollars yet it does not feed two people. Overall, would Never go back or waste my money.

    Had a great dinner here last night. I have a number of food allergies and the chef came out to speak with me. The steak, broccolini, and squash were wonderful. Friendly waitstaff as well.

    Excellent! Starting from walking into the lobby of the hotel and seeing all the natural stone and prehistoric artifacts. Then you walk into the glass and modern restaurant that is on the small size but feels very intimate and vip. The service is top knotch and the attention to detail in every aspect of your dining experience was considered. We ordered the filet and strip steak which were both one of the best steaks, and cooked to perfection. The side of Brussels were delicious also. Will be back if ever in Savannah again!

    Nice hotel but we sat in back room with open ceiling . Air conditioner fan running all the time - noise level was very loud. Service started strong than dropped off. Had to ask for a forgotten oyster starter. Beef was not premium quality I felt. Fries were great!

    It’s not what it used to be. The food quality has definitely gone down. Our ribeyes had a lot of grissel. Seems there was no effort in getting quality meat. Waiter was friendly and attentive. The shrimp cocktail was very good. Too much onion in the hamachi. It overpowered it. It will be difficult to return for the cost.

    The decor is beautiful and sexy. However our waiter was preoccupied with another table that was sat after us. I specified I wanted my filet mignon medium. He did suggest, butterflied, which upon it was well done- I don’t believe in sending food back for fear of retaliation. Nevertheless it’s such a beautiful concept with the intimate smokestack outside the door, I would return only for a cocktail and appetizer for the dinner was a disappointment for the price.

    One of the nicest restaurants and best meals my husband and I have enjoyed on our travels. The manager and her staff are so lovely, we enjoyed their company as much as our meal. The food was fantastic, especially the seafood tower and carpaccio. We can't wait to go back.

    While nothing I had was bad by any means, I feel like there are much better options in town. A couple things that irked me... serving frozen fries in a restaurant like this. If you can shave truffles and source A5 wagyu, you can certainly execute freshly cut fries. The confit pork belly tasted of deep fryer. No flavors of any aromatics from the confit process could be identified because they crisped it in the same deep fryer they cook frozen potatoes in. My steak, while tender and nicely cooked was grossly under seasoned. The fried Brussels were underwhelming, and again, tasted of deep fryer more than any other flavor. The bearnaise sauce was unacceptable. The color was way off. I was white in color, painfully under seasoned, clearly made in a robot coupe and did not contain a spec of tarragon. Cocktails were good, ricotta gnocchi was nice, smoked short rib was very good. Other than that, everything was disappointing. We could've had far better food at Circa 1875 for half the price.

    I dont write reviews unless the place is amazing or horrible. I can honestly say this was amazing. Everything I ate was possibly the best version of that food. The filet was perfect, and the butter sauce on top sent it over the top. The scallops were outstanding. My wife loves Brussel Sprouts, so we shared them, and they were absolutely the best I have ever had. The mashed potatoes were like velvet. The taste of everything was mouth art. I made sure to tell the chef how spectacular it was.

    Great food coupled with great service. Decor and ambience is on point. Location is great and plenty to do before and after in that area. Not your normal hotel restaurant.

    Outstanding dining experience courtesy of our warm, knowledgeable, and hospitable server Mark. When informed of a gluten allergy, he immediately responded with options to accommodate and gluten-free bread. Our food and wine from start to finish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented, and courses were timed based on our timing preferences, never felt rushed. An overall outstanding experience in a unique atmosphere.

    Love this place. Our waiter was so helpful and really plugged around our conversations. I wanted to take my daughter (student) out for some good quality, healthy protein - she was in heaven. We split the rib eye, Oysters, Burrata Salad, Butternut Squash and found room for the smores dessert. It was AMAZING. Thank you for the experience.

    The steak, gnocchi app, oysters, brussel sprouts, and potato dish (similiar to mashed) were all amazing. I highly recommend all these dishes. This is definitely a more expensive dining experience but worth all the money. I save this place for special occasions with my loved ones and it always is a beautiful experience. Request Mark and enjoy a great dinner.

    We had an awesome waiter with good food. My wife is vegan and they made a medley of vegetables for her that she loved. The hotel had lots of things to do while we waited to be seated.
