Mark your calendars, because OWN's first holiday movie, One Fine Christmas, is coming. And in it, Rick Fox and his daughter Sasha Fox are acting together for the first time ever.
The father-daughter duo are joined by an ensemble featuring Marla Gibbs (The Jeffersons, 227) and Vanessa Williams (The Flash, Soul Food the series), who is not to be confused with Ugly Betty actress—and Sasha's real-life mom—Vanessa Williams.
The holidays are always a busy time of year, and the three families living on Christmas Street are struggling to get in the festive spirit. Haley (Sasha Fox) comes home for Christmas, but it doesn't feel quite the same since her parents split. Her mother Susan (Williams) is working on a deal with a client (Rick Fox), which leaves her too busy to spend time with Haley and her own mother Alice (Gibbs). Al (Mark Christopher Lawrence) is too preoccupied with his job to pay attention to his wife Matty (June Carryl). Meanwhile, Bob (Rodney Van Johnson) and Diana's (Eva La Dare) son Jesse (Alfonso Torres Caballero) has brought a special someone home.
"This 'slice of life' holiday tale shares the individual stories of these neighbors as they celebrate Christmas Eve and find themselves unexpectedly united for the holiday season," OWN's synopsis reads.
In the exclusive clip below, Rick introduces himself to Sasha Fox's character Haley. We also get to see the obvious chemistry between him and Susan (Williams), as Haley and her grandmother Alice watch them share a cute moment of Christmas cheer.
