SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Small Business Owners Council of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce will meet via Zoom at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, with Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner. Woerner is a member of the Assembly's New York Economy Workgroup, which is working "to develop a set of legislative initiatives that will remove impediments to businesses restarting and growing post-COVID," according to the Chamber.
