Nice hotel, but definitely dated. However, wi-fi worked fine, and it was very close to downtown Santa Barbara, so for the money I'd recommend it to anyone.

The Room is GOOD, and love the environment. Near the some good restaurant

Quality Inn was an ideal hotel for a one night stay in Santa Barbara. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There was ample parking, a pool (although we didn't have time to try it) and the breakfast was nice, with lots of options. Downtown Santa Barbara was a little out of walking distance but a very simple drive down State Street.

Hotel room was not waterfront and first set of buildings sketchy - nicer building like Santa Rosa across street which we were able to move to. Hotel was a world war 2 hospital so it’s known for hauntings

This was our third time staying at the Eagle Inn. It holds a special place in our hearts since we celebrated my birthday here and got engaged while staying here. The staff at Eagle Inn are always super nice and accommodating. They let us upgrade to a room with a tub, which was wonderful. Literally the worst motel during our 3 weeks US trip .No free wifi ,charged for 2.99usd per ONE account not a room, no coffee machine, no hair dryer, it's very very noisy

enjoyable stay due to comfortable bedding, room decor, hotel restaurant and access to gym facility. within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. staff very accommodating. we were happy with the service throughout our stay.

Great motel. Clean and comfy.

We stayed at the Presidio for a couple of nights. It was in a great location, easy to get down to the restaurants on State St. The room was clean and comfy - though the bed felt more like a Double/Full than a queen. The sundeck was a nice touch. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

hotel was great, location was awesome! there was a lot of loud music playing outside till after dark. but the room was ok and clean. breakfast was ok! the receptionist i had when i checked out was very friendly, i could store my luggage there for two hours as i had to wait for an amtrak train to la (which would depart in 3 hours).

Had a comfortable stay in this nice hotel. It is close to all the major attractions and not far from the beach. Only weak point is the limited parking space.

Coast Inn is a lovely hotel with the qualities I appreciate while traveling : clean, comfortable, friendly staff, strong Wi-Fi. The location was excellent for beach walks and cozy coffee shops. Parking was free with handicapped placard.

You can't really beat the location of this property. So classical California and with a Spanish twist and easy walking distance into the old downtown with good restaurants and funky shopping. The hostess is very attentive, she was cooking (and serving) breakfast for guests herself and also made sure to suggest places to see in Santa Barbara. The cottage rooms are nice, very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Our stay was brief, only one night, but we had a good time at this charming B&B.

A loyal fan of the brand. But this location is rather disappointing! Even rooms at densely populated Hong Kong and Shanghai locations have more square footage than Santa Barbara property! And no central air conditioning either! Wouldn't recommend this hotel considering the price you would pay for

Fabulous little hotel with lots of lovely hidden extras. Cheese and wine everyday and cookies at bedtime ! Very friendly staff and super comfy beds ! Highly recommend .

This is really difficult to find a hotel in Santa Barbara. They are quite expensive and not suitable for a large family. La Quinta Inn & Suites Santa Barbara Downtown is the best as it has rooms with two queen beds and located in 20 minutes walk from downtown. The room was smaller than I expected but very clean and comfy. A very quaint place with pleasant décor outside. It is on State Street but a long way to walk to the center. Not new or luxury and no elevator. Ok if you are on the budget.

Room is clean. Good location, located among branded hotel and not far from beach. We stay only one night for road trip between SFO to LA. Staff is friendly, parking require extra pay but reasonable rate.
