Without naming Lee, she posted a message Tuesday reminding readers how receiving poor treatment was not a reflection of the person receiving it but rather of the individual doling it out.

She shared a drawing of a man yelling at a woman which read: 'If someone treats you bad, just remember that there is something wrong with them, not you. Normal people don't go around destroying other people,' the message read.

Sandy posted the photo to her Twitter account and added the hashtags 'Tuesday Thoughts' and 'Be Kind.'

She later posted an uplifting yet telling tweet about hurt people hurting others.

'Love this!' Sandy tweeted alongside the message with the hashtag 'love always wins.'

After the latest episode of Below Deck aired, Lee criticized Sandy for failing to inform him she was planning on firing Lamb after the stew drank on the job and spent a night partying ahead of a big day.

Sandy, who had replaced Lee as captain amid his health problems, was seen informing Lee of the axing after the fact via FaceTime on the latest episode.

Lee took to Twitter to air his grievances with Sandy's handling of things after the episode aired.

However, he stood by her decision to fire Lamb.

'So I found out after the fact that she fired one of crew, not before. Ok?' he tweeted on Monday.

When one Twitter user defended Sandy for not notifying Lee, Lee pushed back.

'I think under the circumstances captain Sandy made the correct call. No, she didn't need to contact captain Lee before she fired Camille. She's a CAPTAIN and her decision should be respected,' one fan tweeted.

'Then why contact me after and tell me at all?' Lee fired back. 'Plenty of time to call me after, but not before. She made the right call. But lacked in procedure and respect. Just the way I roll.'

Lee said he would have respected Sandy's authority had she called him beforehand.

'I would've said your call, you're there real time to do what you need to do and thanks for the heads up. Appreciate it,' Lee tweeted.
