Pedestrian Eugene Raymond Alarid, age 82, a resident of San Bernardino, was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Two passengers, Isaac Jacob Velasco, a 13 year-old resident of Madera, CA, and Derek Mateo German, an 11 year-old resident of Los Angeles, were pronounced dead on scene. Alicia Marie Ramos a 43-year-old passenger resident of Madera, CA, was transported to Barstow Community Hospital and was pronounced dead from injuries at 4:28 PM. A passenger, 22-year-old Abel Sain Navarrete a resident of Victorville, was transported to Victor Valley Global Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
