The staff was so kind and helpful telling us about the area and pointed out things we would enjoy. The food was tasty for a quick bite while out and about. The grilled onions on the bistro burger were perfectly cooked. The paillaired chicken with...potatoes went down so fast because the flavor was so good. We visited Sabrina by default when seeking a take-away lunch en route to catch a flight home, after a birthday trip to Puerto Rico. We are great fans of Sabrina's neighbours, Tresbé, where we went to buy a couple of Poké bowls. Unbeknown to us,...Tresbé only serve breakfast items until 1pm on a Saturday, but we were kindly recommended to try Sabrina - which was a new discovery. It was raining and we were already pushed for time, thus anxious to find something healthy but swiftly. The very kind waiter/barman, Omar, took our order making sure that it would be quick, which it was. On hearing that it was a birthday trip, Omar kindly offered me a passion fruit 'bucks fizz' (mimosa) whilst we were waiting! Omar and the rapid service exceeded our expectations, and we hope to visit Sabrina on a future trip - especially to express our gratitude once again to Omar.More
We had an amazing dinner experience here! The ambience was top-notch. I especially loved the live piano performance (only a few songs, but amazing)!! Visiting from Miami, we called several upscale restaurants and Diana @ Sabrina was the most friendly and professional Hostess. Late dinner and what a friendly and proper welcome. Easy parking at public lot next door. My Negroni was well prepared and plenty. Appetizers; delicious and...adventurous flavors… Swordfish Pinchos cooked perfectly and great sauce, pork dumplings very tasty, and a full Branzino fish with Tostones was simply spectacular. We finished with Passion fruit and Guava mousses. The food is very good but the lunch menú is límites. They do not have the pork belly at lunch time which is one of their best dishes. Hándicap? Kitchen is closed from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. super hándicap? They do not accept reservations
We drove by this place and noted that it was full with people. Small establishment with great ambiance. There was live music, which was a plus. The food was PHENOMINAL... five-star caliber plates. The portion sizes were perfect and the flavors were exquisite. I had...the Sabrina Salad and Salmon with quinoa; my niece had the Skirt Steak. All delicious! I don't usually clear my plate, but there was not a morsel left to be seen. It was so tasty I needed to have dessert. My niece had a rich, chocolate lave cake and I opted for the Coconut Flan. Of all the Flans I've ever had (I've been in the restaurant industry for almost 30yrs), this was by far the best Coconut Flan I've ever had. OMG!!! If there is no consistency in the restaurant, it does not deserve to be liked. By now, July 11, 2021, they have not been open and they called themselves to have “Brunch”. It is a disgraceful location after you have reservations. I do not know...the reason, but it is disorganization, irresponsibility, and loyal clients are not worthy of that. I will no longer go to that irresponsible place……by my own experience… places like that will eventually close for good due to the disorganization and irresponsibility of its management.More
Went for my birthday last year had a great experience. Servers explain the menu (food & drink) very well. Also a very calmed atmosphere they even have a piano and something some would play it during the dinner.
Have been here a few times now, and Sabrina provides a good, consistent culinary experience. I tend to favor it early in the evening, when its less crowded, or very late when the vibe changes and it becomes more of a cocktail lounge. The family...opened a sister restaurant a half block away, Bottega, which is also excellent, but I don't see a listing in TA for it yet. Happy dining.More

This restaurant since open it was one of my spot in Loiza street!, because of that I decide to have a dinner reunion with a business partner, not only we had one appetizer, two main course, four drinks, and more... we get there early, took...a corner table just to be more relax in a quite area...after one hour at the restaurant "it got busy!" so! We started seen more the waiter, hosted watching, even the supervisor staring.. After all that, we were deciding if we wanted champagne to celebrate the deal, Raul and I got the server question if we wanted something else, (food) because if not! We had to move. Okkkk! My guest was amaze by the BAD service". Myself was shock about it! It will be our last visit! We even told the waiter to tell the owner to come by our table and he say it was him! so! People the food is ok, the ambience is great, but don't stay too long! The through you out no matter if you are spending money or not! Went with some friends for food and drinks after work and the waitress moved twice our party of five to a different table. We noticed they did the same to the people on the table just beside us. They practically kicked us out because our...table "was reserved for some other people." The manager has poor customer service skills; he told us he instruted the hostess to move us a third time to another area simply because "thats how the industry works!" Good food and great service are equally important in any restaurant. If they continue to treat custumers disrespectfully, they won't last much longer in the local restaurant industry. I will never go there again!!!More
Tuesday evening visit with friends for drinks and food. We were forced to move to another table because our ticket was not "high" enough as stated by the manager, and our table was "reserved" for other patrons. Instead of moving, we left to eat elsewhere
