In March 2016, two months before Cuoco and Sweeting's divorce was finalized, an insider said that she "flips out about makeup, wardrobe, even the catering." Celeb Dirty Laundry even wrote that "if [she] continues her diva behaviour, she could be written off from the show." Bialik also "won't speak to Cuoco unless necessary, reported the media outlet," per the source. But that's not all.

There were also rumors that she rekindled her romance with Johnny Galecki shortly after her split. CBL spilled: "She realized her love for Johnny after her divorce. They're taking things slow because Kaley doesn't want to ruin their friendship if things don't work out again. Kaley and Johnny have no plans to go public until they are both ready." the Role Play star later dismissed the claims.

"Johnny and I are very close now, but the worst part about that is I don’t want stories like that, especially during this divorce, to hurt my ex," Cuoco said of Galecki.

She continued: "We have nods with each other. Johnny and I do this thing like a nod that says, 'I got you. I get it.'" The former couple dated from 2008 to 2010 and disagreed about making their relationship public. Cuoco preciously told Vanity Fair that she had a "crush" on Galecki, "early on" in the show. "I had a very big crush on Johnny early on," she said.

"I was so not even hiding it. He has such swagger," she added. It wasn't that simple, though. "We were both dating people at the time, but I only had eyes for Johnny," the Based on a True Story star recalled. "Then, when I found out he had eyes for me too, I was like, Uh‑oh, this is going to be trouble."

Galecki, on the other hand, had no clue about Cuoco's feelings for him. "I have a healthy ego, but you really have to kind of club me over the head to let me know you’re flirting with me," he explained. "I had zero idea of any sort of crush before Kaley and I began dating."

In 2023, Cuoco's Flight Attendant co-star, Callie Hernandez, proved that Cuoco was not a "diva" to work with. "She also is super hard working," she told Cinema Blend. "Both Kaley Cuoco and Jennifer Lopez, watching them makes me tired. Because I don't know how they do everything that they do. I genuinely do not."

As a matter of fact, the Meet Cute actress previously admitted to being "addicted" to her roles. "Yes, I'm totally addicted," she told Collider about wanting to do more action films after Role Play. She continued: "It was really enticing. I loved that element." While some think it's unfortunate that Cuoco is cast in the "same parts" over and over, the actress has no issues with it at all.
